Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Craftista does not control courier operations once the order is dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID/link will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details.

If delivery fails due to:

Unavailability of recipient

The order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply.

Customers must check the package at the time of delivery.

Missing items

Report within 24 hours with photo/video proof.

Ownership and risk of the product pass to the customer upon delivery.
