Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Craftista does not control courier operations once the order is dispatched.

6. Delivery Issues

Unavailability of recipient
The order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply.

Customers must check the package at the time of delivery.

Report within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
8. Risk & Ownership
Ownership and risk of the product pass to the customer upon delivery.
