Wrong product delivered

Minor color/finish variation (due to lighting or batch differences)

Requests raised after this period may not be accepted

3. Proof Requirement

To process any return/refund, customers must provide:

Unboxing video (mandatory)

Clear images of the product and packaging

Failure to provide proper proof may lead to rejection of the claim.

Once approved, instructions for return pickup or self-shipping will be provided

Product must be returned in:

Original packaging

Unused condition
