This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments made on the Craftista website.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

Debit Cards & Credit Cards

Net Banking

Wallets (if available on checkout)

All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Craftista does not offer credit unless explicitly agreed for B2B orders.

3. Pricing & GST

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as specified on the product page.

A valid GST Tax Invoice will be issued for all successful orders.

4. Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, customers will receive:

Order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/email

If payment is debited but order is not confirmed, customers must contact us immediately.

5. Failed Transactions

In case of payment failure:

The amount may be debited temporarily and reversed by your bank/payment provider within 3–7 working days.

Craftista is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Refunds (Payment Related)

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

Timeline for refunds:

5–10 working days after approval

Any gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted.

7. Fraud Prevention

Craftista reserves the right to:

Cancel suspicious or high-risk transactions

Request additional verification (ID, phone confirmation, etc.)

We are not liable for unauthorized transactions due to customer negligence.

8. Currency & International Payments

Currently, we accept payments in INR only.

International cards may work depending on payment gateway support.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are advised to contact Craftista before initiating chargebacks.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to:

Order blacklisting
